अफक्रान्ते तु नृपतौ स्कन्धावारनिवेशनात् | भयव्याकुलितं सर्व प्राद्रवन्नगरं प्रति,राजाके छावनीसे दूर भाग जानेपर सब लोग भयसे व्याकुल हो राजधानीकी ओर भाग चले
apakrānte tu nṛpatau skandhāvāra-niveśanāt | bhaya-vyākulitaṃ sarvaṃ prādravan nagaraṃ prati ||
قال سنجيا: «فلما ابتعد الملك وانسحب بعيدًا عن معسكر الجيش، اضطرب الجميع من شدة الخوف، واندفعوا هاربين نحو المدينة.»
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya reports that the king has moved away from the army encampment; seeing this, the people become frightened and rush toward the city, suggesting disorder and loss of confidence in the battlefield situation.
