Sabhā Parva, Adhyāya 68 — Pāṇḍavānāṃ Vanavāsa-prasthānaḥ; Duḥśāsana-nindā; Pāṇḍava-pratijñāḥ
वैशम्पायन उवाच आकृष्यमाणे वसने द्रौपद्याश्चिन्तितो हरि: । वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं-जनमेजय! जब वस्त्र खींचा जाने लगा, तब द्रौपदीने भगवान् श्रीकृष्णका स्मरण किया ।।

ākṛṣyamāṇe vasane draupadyāś cintito hariḥ |
قال فايشَمبايانا: حين كان ثوب دروبدي يُجتذب ليُنزع عنها، وجَّهت قلبها إلى هاري (شري كريشنا). وأمام الإذلال العلني والعجز، لم يكن ردُّها انتقامًا بل تذكّرًا—انعطافًا أخلاقيًا من سلطان البشر إلى ملاذ الإله، يبيّن أنه في الشدائد القصوى ينبغي التماس الحماية عبر الدارما والتعبّد، لا عبر اليأس أو العنف.
