Jarāsandha–Bhīma Niyuddha-prastāvaḥ
Commencement of the Regulated Duel
स्ववीर्य क्षत्रियाणां तु बाह्वोर्धाता न्यवेशयत् । तद् दिदृक्षसि चेद् राजन द्रष्टास्यद्य न संशय:,विधाताने क्षत्रियोंका अपना बल उनकी भुजाओंमें ही भर दिया है। राजन! यदि आज उसे देखना चाहते हो तो निश्चय ही देख लोगे
svavīryaṃ kṣatriyāṇāṃ tu bāhvor dhātā nyaveśayat | tad didṛkṣasi ced rājan draṣṭāsy adya na saṃśayaḥ ||
قال كريشنا: «لقد أودع الخالق شجاعة الكشاتريا في أذرعهم ذاتها. أيها الملك، إن أردت أن تُبصر تلك القوة اليوم فستراها يقينًا—لا شكّ في ذلك.»
