Arjuna’s evacuation of Dvārakā, Vasudeva’s rites, and the caravan’s crisis
पम्प बछ। आर: अं अष्टमोड ध्याय: अर्जुन और व्यासजीकी बातचीत वैशम्पायन उवाच प्रविशन्नर्जुनो राजन्नाश्रमं सत्यवादिन: । ददर्शासीनमेकान्ते मुनिं सत्यवतीसुतम्,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--राजन्! सत्यवादी व्यासजीके आश्रममें प्रवेश करके अर्जुनने देखा कि सत्यवतीनन्दन मुनिवर व्यास एकान्तमें बैठे हुए हैं
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: praviśann Arjuno rājan āśramaṁ satyavādinaḥ | dadarśāsīnam ekānte muniṁ Satyavatīsutam ||
قال فايشَمبايانا: أيها الملك، لما دخل أرجونا إلى صومعة الحكيم الصادق القول، رأى الزاهد فياسا—ابن ساتيافتي—جالسًا وحده في خلوةٍ منعزلة.
