iti prakāraṃ śrīmahābhārate karṇaparvaṇi śrīkṛṣṇa-arjunayoḥ saṃvāda-viṣayakaḥ unahattaramo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

This line is a colophon signaling completion rather than a doctrinal verse; its implied lesson is that the Krishna–Arjuna dialogue functions as ethical guidance within the war narrative, framing action (yuddha) under dharma through counsel and discernment.
The text announces that the chapter has concluded—specifically, the chapter in Karṇa Parva whose subject is the dialogue between Śrī Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna—serving as an editorial/narrative boundary marker in the Gītā Press edition.
