Karna’s Suppression of the Panchala–Somaka Forces
दुःशासन: सौबलश्न गजानीकेन पाण्डवम् । महता परिवार्यव क्षुद्रकैरभ्यताडयत्
sañjaya uvāca | duḥśāsanaḥ saubalena gajānīkena pāṇḍavam | mahatā parivārya vai kṣudrakair abhyatāḍayat ||
قال سنجيا: إن دُحشاسَنا، ومعه شَكوني ابنُ سوبَلا، أحاطا بالپاندڤا (بهيماسينا) بفيلقٍ عظيم من الفيلة من كل جانب، ثم أخذا ينهالان عليه بوابلٍ بعد وابل من السهام. ويُبرز المشهد كيف تُستَخدم القوةُ والعددُ في هياج الحرب لإغراق خصمٍ واحد—صورةً لعداءٍ تقوده الأدهرما لا لقتالٍ منصف.
