कर्णस्य सेनापत्याभिषेकः | Karṇa’s Consecration as Commander-in-Chief
सपत्नानां निहन्ता च महत्या सेनया वृतः
sapatnānāṁ nihantā ca mahatyā senayā vṛtaḥ
قال سنجيا: «كان قاتلاً للخصوم الأنداد، وكان قائماً محاطاً بجيش عظيم.» ويؤكد هذا السطر أخلاق الحرب في الملحمة: فالبأس لا يُقاس بالشجاعة الفردية وحدها، بل كذلك بحقيقة الميدان الاستراتيجية—أن يكون المرء مسنوداً ومطوَّقاً بقواته في مجرى الصراع المتكشف.
