अर्जुनस्य शीघ्रप्रयाणं भीम-शकुनियुद्धं च

न च कर्ण रणे शक्ता जेतुमन्ये महारथा: । जानीते हि भवान् कर्ण वीर्यवन्तं पराक्रमे,“जनार्दन! आप तो जानते ही हैं कि कर्ण कितना बलवान् तथा पराक्रम प्रकट करनेमें समर्थ है। अतः रणभूमिमें दूसरे महारथी उसे जीत नहीं सकते हैं
na ca karṇa raṇe śaktā jetum anye mahārathāḥ | jānīte hi bhavān karṇa vīryavantaṃ parākrame ||
قال سَنجايا: «ولا يقدر سائرُ المَهارَثَة على قهرِ كارنا في القتال. أنتَ يا جاناردانا تعلم حقًّا كم هو كارنا شديدُ البأس، وكم هو قادرٌ على إظهارِ البسالة. لذلك، في ساحة المعركة لا يستطيع المَهارَثَة الآخرون التغلبَ عليه».
