इति श्रीमहा भारते कर्णपर्वणि संकुलयुद्धे चतुष्पठ्चाशत्तमो5ध्याय:
iti śrīmahābhārate karṇaparvaṇi saṅkulayuddhe catuṣpañcāśattamo 'dhyāyaḥ
«إيتي»—وهكذا تنتهي في «المهابهاراتا» الموقَّرة، ضمن «كارنا بَرفا»، الفصلُ الرابع والخمسون المعنون «القتال المختلط المتداخل». ويأتي سردُ سنجيا خاتمةً رسميةً لهذا المقطع من أخبار الحرب، مُبرزًا تشابك القتال الذي لا يهدأ، وإطارَ الملحمة الرصين الذي يضع العنف ضمن الأفق الأوسع للدارما.
