Dharma-rahasya Instruction: Vows, Truth, and Non-injury

अज्ञातवासं वसता विराटनगरे तदा | द्रौपद्या: प्रियकामेन केवलं बाहुसंश्रयात्‌

Transliteration

ajñātavāsaṃ vasatā virāṭanagare tadā | draupadyāḥ priyakāmena kevalaṃ bāhusaṃśrayāt ||

Translation

قال سنجيا: في ذلك الحين، حين كان يقيم متخفّياً في مدينة فيرَاطا، لم يعمل إلا معتمداً على قوة ذراعيه وحدهما، مدفوعاً برغبة إرضاء دروبدي. ويؤكد هذا الشطر خُلُقَ المحارب: تحمّل المسؤولية بنفسه وواجب الحماية—اختيار الشجاعة المباشرة، شجاعة الجسد، بدل الاتكال على الآخرين حين يكون الشرف وسلامة المحبوبة على المحك.
