The Crow-and-Swan Exemplum as Counsel to Karṇa
समेत्य च महावीरीौ संरब्धौ युद्धदुर्मदौ । ववर्षतुर्महेष्वासौ शरैरन्योन्यमाहवे
sametya ca mahāvīrau saṃrabdhau yuddha-durmadau | vavarṣatur mahēṣvāsau śarair anyonyam āhave ||
قال سنجيا: التقى البطلان العظيمان وجهًا لوجه—وكلاهما متأجّج غضبًا، مسحورًا بجنون المعركة. فتقارب الراميان الجبّاران في ساحة الوغى، وحين اشتبكا اشتباكًا محكمًا أمطرا أحدهما الآخر بوابلٍ من السهام.
