खड्गचर्म धर: श्रीमानुत्पपात विहायसा । धनुष कट जाने और रथ नष्ट हो जानेपर तेजस्वी वीर अभिमन्यु अपने धर्मका पालन करते हुए ढाल और तलवार हाथमें लेकर आकाशमें उछल पड़ा

Transliteration

khaḍgacarma-dharaḥ śrīmān utpapāta vihāyasā | dhanuṣaḥ kaṭa-jāne ca ratha-naṣṭe ca tejasvī vīro 'bhimanyuḥ sva-dharmam anutiṣṭhan carma-khaḍgau pāṇibhyāṃ gṛhītvā vihāyasam utpapāta |

Translation

قال سانجيا: لما قُطِع قوسه ودُمِّرت عربته، أخذ البطل المتلألئ أبهيمانيو—الثابت على التزامه بدَرمَه—الترسَ والسيفَ، وقفز صاعدًا إلى السماء، مواصلًا القتال بعزم لا يتزعزع.
