قال فياسا: ثم إن جميع الآلهة، ومعهم فاسافا (إندرا)، خاطبوا ذلك العظيم النفس قائلين: «يا من نال العطايا من براهما، إن سكان تريبورا المخيفين…»
व्यास उवाच
The verse highlights how divine authority and moral urgency are communicated through proper channels: the gods, led by Indra, approach a qualified ritual authority (hotā) who bears Brahmā’s boon.
