दुर्योधन–द्रोणसंवादः
Arjuna-vīrya-prasaṃśā and renewed battle formation
मयि जीवति कौरव्य विषादं मा कृथा: क्वचित् | अहं जेष्यामि समरे सहितान् सर्वपाण्डवान्,कुरुनन्दन! तुम मेरे जीते-जी कभी विषाद न करो। मैं समरभूमिमें संगठित होकर आये हुए समस्त पाण्डवोंको जीत लूँगा
mayi jīvati kauravya viṣādaṃ mā kṛthāḥ kvacit | ahaṃ jeṣyāmi samare sahitān sarvapāṇḍavān, kurunandana |
قال كارنا: «ما دمتُ حيًّا، يا كاورافا، فلا تقع في اليأس قط. في ساحة القتال سأغلب جميع أبناء باندو، ولو اجتمعوا صفًّا واحدًا—يا بهجة آل كورو.»
