तत्तु भीमो महाबाहो: कर्णस्य चरितं रणे | नामृष्यत महाबाहु: क्रोधादुद्वृत्तलोचन:,महाबाहु भीमसेन रणभूमिमें विशालबाहु कर्णके उस चरित्रको न सह सके। उस समय क्रोधसे उनके नेत्र घूमने लगे
tat tu bhīmo mahābāhoḥ karṇasya caritaṃ raṇe | nāmṛṣyata mahābāhuḥ krodhād udvṛttalocanaḥ ||
غير أن بهيما، عظيمَ الساعدين، لم يطق صنيعَ كَرْنَة في ساحة القتال. ومن شدة الغضب دارت عيناه، إذ اندفع السخط في أعماقه.
