विनाशमुपयास्यन्ति मच्छरौघनिपीडिता: । 'दूसरोंके बलपर जीनेवाले दुर्योधनने इन सब लोगोंका सदा आदसरपूर्वक भरण-पोषण किया है; परंतु ये मेरे बाणसमूहोंसे पीड़ित होकर आज विनष्ट हो जायँगे
vināśam upayāsyanti maccharaugha-nipīḍitāḥ | dūṣaroke balapara jīnevāle duryodhanane in sab logoṅkā sadā ādara-sapūrvaka bharaṇa-poṣaṇa kiyā hai; parantu ye mere bāṇa-samūhoṅse pīḍita hokara āja vinaṣṭa ho jāyaṅge |
قال سَنْجَيَ: «مُسْتَسْحَقّين تحت وطأة سيلِ سهامي، سيمضون إلى الهلاك. إن دُريودhana—الذي يعيش بقوة غيره—قد ظلّ زمنًا يَعول هؤلاء جميعًا بإكرامٍ ظاهريٍّ ومعونة؛ غير أنّهم اليوم، وقد عُذِّبوا بوابل سهامي، سيُبادون.»
