Adhyāya 92: Irāvanta-śoka, punaḥ-pravṛttiḥ saṅgrāmasya
Arjuna’s grief and the battle’s renewed intensity
न शुश्रूषसि तद् वाक्यं मर्त्य: पथ्यमिवौषधम् | तदेव त्वामनुप्राप्तं वचनं साधुभाषितम्
sañjaya uvāca |
na śuśrūṣasi tad vākyaṃ martyaḥ pathyam ivauṣadham |
tad eva tvām anuprāptaṃ vacanaṃ sādhubhāṣitam |
قال سانجيا: إنك لم تُصغِ إلى تلك المشورة، كما يستثقل الفاني على شفا الموت الدواءَ النافع. لذلك فقد نزلت بك اليوم عاقبةُ ذلك التحذير الحسن البيان: النصيحة الصالحة التي أبيتَ سماعها عادت إليك قَدَراً مُنجَزاً.
