Bhīṣma-nipāta-saṃvāda — Sañjaya’s Report of Bhīṣma’s Fall (भीष्मनिपातसंवादः)
भीष्मो यदकरोत् कर्म समरे संजयारिहा । दुर्योधनहितार्थाय के तस्यास्य पुरो$भवन्
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca |
bhīṣmo yad akarot karma samare sañjayārihā |
duryodhana-hitārthāya ke tasyāsya puro 'bhavan ||
قال دِهْرِتَرَاشْتْرَا: «يا سَنْجَايَا، يا قاتل الأعداء! إن الفعل الذي صنعه بِهِيشْما في المعركة نصرةً لدُرْيُودْهَنَة كان عجيبًا فريدًا. فمن كانوا المحاربين المصطفّين أمامه آنذاك؟»
धृतराष्ट उवाच
