Āśvamedha-dīkṣā-nirdeśaḥ — Scheduling the Initiation and Assigning Protection for the Horse
यजस्व मदनुज्ञात: प्राप्य एष क्रतुस्त्वया । युनक्तु नो भवान् कार्ये यत्र वाउछसि भारत
yajasva mad-anugñātaḥ prāpya eṣa kratus tvayā | yunaktu no bhavān kārye yatra vāñchasi bhārata ||
قال فايُو: «أقِمِ القربان، فقد نلتَ إذنَنا وصار هذا الطقس في متناولك. يا بهاراتا، كلِّفْنا بما تشاء من الأعمال—ووجِّهْ كلَّ واحدٍ منا إلى ما تراه لائقًا.»
वायुदेव उवाच
Righteous action is strengthened by proper authorization and orderly execution: once consent is granted for a sacred undertaking, the leader should proceed and assign duties appropriately, ensuring the rite is performed in a disciplined, dharmic manner.
Vāyudeva addresses the Bhārata hero/king, granting permission to conduct the sacrifice and offering cooperation, asking to be appointed to whatever role is needed for the successful completion of the ritual.
