Kṛṣṇa’s Departure, Auspicious Omens, and the Opening of the Uttaṅka Dialogue
evaṃ sambhāṣamāṇau tau prāptī vāraṇasāhṛdayam
The verse implicitly underscores that meaningful dialogue and counsel should lead to decisive, dharma-aligned action—conversation is not an end in itself but a preparation for right conduct.
Vaiśampāyana reports that two individuals, while talking together, reach a place called Vāraṇasāhṛdaya, marking a shift from discussion to the next stage of their journey.
