पापयोनिं समापतन्नाश्वाण्डाला मूकचूचुका: । वर्णान् पर्यायशश्षापि प्राप्रुवन्त्युत्तरोत्तरम्
pāpayoniṁ samāpatann āśvāṇḍālā mūkacūcukāḥ | varṇān paryāyaśaś cāpi prāpnuvanty uttarottaram ||
قال فايُو: إنّ بعضهم، إذ يسقطون مرةً أخرى في أرحامٍ آثمة، يولدون منبوذين (تشاندالا)، أو خُرْسًا، أو متلعثمين في الكلام. ومع ذلك، ووفق تعاقب المواليد على وجهه، قد يبلغون مراتب اجتماعية أعلى فأعلى، حين تُستنفَد بقايا ثمار الأفعال الماضية وينضج رصيد الاستحقاق.
