ततस्तेज: प्रजज्वाल रामस्यामिततेजस: । प्रदहन्‌ रिपुसैन्यानि तदा कमललोचने

tatastejaḥ prajajvāla rāmasyāmitatejasaḥ | pradahan ripusainyāni tadā kamalalocane ||

عندئذٍ اشتعلت طاقةُ راما (Rāma) المتأججة—وهو ذو بهاءٍ لا يُحدّ—فاندفعت تحرق جيوش العدو. وفي تلك اللحظة، يا ذا العينين كاللوتس، تجلّى شعاعه قوةً تكتسح مقاومةَ الباطل.
