Kṛṣṇa–Arjuna Saṃvāda in Indraprastha: Consolation, Legitimation, and Leave for Dvārakā (आश्वमेधिकपर्व, अध्याय १५)
तत्र गत्वा महात्मानं यदि ते रोचते<र्जुन । अस्मद्गमनसंयुक्तं वचो ब्रूहि जनाधिपम्,अर्जुन! यदि तुम उचित समझो तो महात्मा राजा युधिष्ठिरके पास चलकर उनके समक्ष मेरे द्वारका जानेका प्रस्ताव उपस्थित करो
tatra gatvā mahātmānaṃ yadi te rocate 'rjuna | asmad-gamana-saṃyuktaṃ vaco brūhi janādhipam ||
إن راق لك يا أرجونا، فاذهب إلى هناك إلى الملك العظيم النفس يودهيشثيرا، وبلّغ ذلك سيد الناس رسالتي—مقرونةً بنيّتي الرحيل إلى دوارَكا. واعرض بين يديه اقتراحي بالذهاب إلى دوارَكا.
वायुदेव उवाच
The verse highlights disciplined counsel and ethical communication: even when a divine being has an intention, it is to be presented through proper channels—respecting the king’s authority and seeking consent rather than acting unilaterally.
Vāyudeva addresses Arjuna, asking him to go to the great-souled king Yudhiṣṭhira and convey a message that includes Vāyudeva’s intention/proposal to go to Dvārakā, placing the matter before the king for consideration.
