कारयेथाश्व कर्माणि युक्तायुक्तैरधिष्ितै: । “कुरुश्रेष्ठ पहले काम देखकर सेवकोंको नियुक्त करना चाहिये और अपने आश्रित मनुष्य योग्य हों या अयोग्य, उनसे काम अवश्य लेना चाहिये

kārayethāśva karmāṇi yuktāyuktair adhiṣṭhitaiḥ |

قال فَيْشَمْبَايَنَة: «يا خيرَ الكُرُو، ينبغي أن تُعايَنَ الأعمالُ أولًا ثم يُعيَّن الخَدَمُ على قدرها؛ ومن كان في كنفك—أكان كفؤًا أم غير كفء—فلا بدّ أن تُجرى على يديه الواجباتُ اللازمة.»
