बभूव तदवाप्रोति भोगांश्वेति व्यवस्थिता: । अपने पुत्रोंकी जीवितावस्थामें कुरुवीर धृतराष्ट्रको जितने सुख और भोग प्राप्त थे, वे अब भी उन्हें मिलते रहें--इसके लिये पाण्डवोंने पूरी व्यवस्था की थी
babhūva tad avāproti bhogān śveti vyavasthitāḥ |
قال فايشامبايانا: لقد دبّر الباندافا الأمر بإحكام لكي يظلّ دريتاراشترا ينال ما كان يناله من راحةٍ ومتاعٍ حين كان أبناؤه أحياء—حتى لا يُحرم الملك الشيخ، بعد خراب الحرب، من الرعاية والكرامة اللتين تليقان به.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even after victory and the devastation of war, dharma requires compassionate responsibility—especially toward elders and former adversaries. The Pāṇḍavas uphold ethical kingship by ensuring Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s welfare rather than seeking revenge through neglect.
Vaiśampāyana describes how the Pāṇḍavas arranged for Dhṛtarāṣṭra to continue receiving the comforts and provisions he had earlier enjoyed, maintaining his dignity and livelihood despite the death of his sons and the changed political order.
