Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Public Request for Consent to Enter the Forest (अनुज्ञा-प्रार्थना)
कारयित्वान्नपानानि यानान्याच्छादनानि च । सुवर्णमणिरत्नानि दासीदासमजाविकम्
kārayitvānnapānāni yānānyācchādanāni ca | suvarṇamaṇiratnāni dāsīdāsamajāvikaṁ ||
قال فَيْشَمْبَايَنَة: لقد دبّروا مؤن الطعام والشراب، ومعها المراكب والأغطية، وكذلك الذهب والجواهر والدرر النفيسة—ومعهنّ الإماء والعبيد، وقطعان الماعز والغنم—فجمعوا ذلك كله ليكون عطايا ولوازم وفق مقتضى الواجب.
