इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत अनुशासनपर्वके अन्तर्गत दानधर्मपर्वनें श्राद्धकल्पविषयक नवासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ ॥/ ८९ ॥। अपना बछ। अकाल नवतितमो< ध्याय: भ्राद्धमें ब्राह्मणोंकी परीक्षा

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | kīdṛśebhyaḥ pradātavyaṃ bhavec chrāddhaṃ pitāmaha | dvijebhyaḥ kuruśārdūla tan me vyākhyātum arhasi ||

قال يودهيشثيرا: «يا جدّي، لأيِّ صنفٍ من البراهمة ينبغي أن تُقدَّم قرابين الشرادها؟ يا نمرَ آلِ كورو، فاشرح لي ذلك شرحًا بيّنًا.»
