On Those Worthy of Honor and Salutation
अन््यं वरं वृणीष्व त्वं दुर्लभो5यं हि ते वर: । अत: जिनका मन अपने वशमें नहीं है
śakra uvāca | anyaṃ varaṃ vṛṇīṣva tvaṃ durlabho ’yaṃ hi te varaḥ |
قال شَكْرَة (إندرا): «اختر نعمةً أخرى. فالنعمة التي تطلبها عسيرةٌ عليك حقًّا. لذلك اترك الإلحاح على نيل مرتبة البراهمة—وهي ممتنعةٌ كل الامتناع على من لا يملك زمام عقله—واطلب نعمةً غيرها. إن هذه النعمة نادرةٌ عليك.»
