अहिंसयित्वा ब्रह्महत्याविधानम् / Brahmahatyā incurred without physical violence
वैश्वदेवं च ये मूढा विप्राय ब्रह्मचारिणे । ददते नेह राजेन्द्र ते लोकान् भुज्जतेडशुभान्
vaiśvadevaṃ ca ye mūḍhā viprāya brahmacāriṇe | dadate neha rājendra te lokān bhuñjate 'śubhān ||
قال بيشما: «أيها الملك، إن أولئك المغرَّرين في هذا العالم الذين لا يعطون قربان الفايشفاديفا (Vaiśvadeva)—وهو طعامٌ ينبغي أن يُشَارَك—لبراهمنٍ قائمٍ على البراهماتشاريا (brahmacārin)، يَؤولون إلى عوالم مشؤومة. والمغزى أن إهمال الضيافة اليومية والمشاركة المقدسة، ولا سيما تجاه الساعين المنضبطين، يجرّ عواقب مؤذية بعد الموت.»
