The verse praises the Divine as both transcendent and accessible: hidden in essence yet self-revealing through grace, unfailing in fulfilling rightful aims, and approachable to sincere seekers—linking Vedic order (Yajurveda) with ethical devotion.
Vāyu is reciting a sequence of epithets (nāma-style praise), describing the Lord’s qualities—Vedic embodiment, secrecy and revelation, compassionate readiness to be pleased, and easy approachability—within a devotional-theological passage of the Anuśāsana Parva.
