Shloka 15

नित्येन ब्रह्मचर्येण लिड्रमस्य यदा स्थितम्‌ । महयत्यस्य लोकक्न प्रियं होतन्महात्मन:

nityena brahmacaryeṇa liṅgam asya yadā sthitam | mahayaty asya lokānāṁ priyaṁ hotaṁ mahātmanāḥ ||

قال فايُو: «إذا كان المرء ثابتًا على البراهماجاريا (العفّة والانضباط) كلَّ يوم، وداوم على عبادة هذا الشِّيفا-لينغا، صار ذلك الرمز المقدّس عزيزًا غاية العزّة لدى الربّ شانكرا (Śaṅkara) العظيم الروح، وجلب تكريم العوالم ورفعتها. والعبرة الأخلاقية أنّ ضبط النفس المقرون بعبادة مواظبة هو ممّا يرضي شيفا على وجه الخصوص، ويورث بركةً ميمونة تتجاوز منفعة الفرد.»
