त्यजैनं कलुषं भावं ब्राह्मणेभ्यो नमस्कुरु । एतेषां कुर्वतः पापं राष्ट्रक्षो भो भविष्यति
tyajainaṁ kaluṣaṁ bhāvaṁ brāhmaṇebhyo namaskuru | eteṣāṁ kurvataḥ pāpaṁ rāṣṭrakṣobho bhaviṣyati |
قال فايُو: «يا كارتافيرْيا! اطرح عنك هذا الهوى الملوَّث، وانحنِ إجلالًا للبراهمة. فإن أصررت على الإثم في حقّهم قامت الفتنة والاضطراب في مملكتك.»
अजुन उवाच
A ruler must renounce impure hostility and show reverence to Brahmins; harming or maligning them is presented as adharma that destabilizes the realm, bringing political and social unrest.
Arjuna admonishes Kartavīrya to give up a corrupt intention and to bow to the Brahmins, warning that wrongdoing toward them will lead to disturbance and upheaval in his kingdom.
