Shloka 140

एको विष्णुर्महदभूतं पृथग्भूतान्यनेकश: । त्रीललोकान्‌ व्याप्य भूतात्मा भुछुक्ते विश्वभुगव्यय:

eko viṣṇur mahadabhūtaṃ pṛthagbhūtāny anekaśaḥ | trīl lokān vyāpya bhūtātmā bhuṅkte viśvabhug avyayaḥ ||

قال بهيشما: فيشنو وحده هو الحقيقة العليا. لقد صار هو الكون العظيم، ومع ذلك يبدو كأنه منقسم إلى كائنات لا تُحصى متمايزة. إذ يملأ العوالم الثلاثة بوصفه الذات الباطنة لجميع المخلوقات، فإن الرب الذي لا يفنى—الذي يسند الكون و«يتمتع» به—يختبر كل شيء من خلالهم.
