Bhīṣma’s Yogic Departure, Royal Cremation, and Gaṅgā’s Lament (भीष्मस्य योगयुक्त्या देहत्यागः, पितृमेधः, गङ्गाविलापः)
ऋषयश्नचापि ते सर्वे नारदप्रमुखास्तदा । प्रतिगृह्माभ्यनन्दन्त तद्वाक््यं प्रतिपूज्य च,नारद आदि सम्पूर्ण महर्षि भी भीष्मजीके वचन सुनकर उनकी प्रशंसा करते हुए बहुत प्रसन्न हुए
ṛṣayaś cāpi te sarve nāradapramukhās tadā | pratigṛhya abhinandanta tad vākyaṃ pratipūjya ca ||
وكذلك فعل جميعُ الرِّشِيّين يومئذٍ، يتقدّمهم ناردَة؛ فقد تلقّوا كلامَ بِهيشْمَةَ بإجلال، وأكرموا قوله، وأثنوا عليه وفرحوا، مُظهرين رضاهم عن النصح الدَّهْرَمي الذي قيل.
