The verse teaches reciprocal grace: consistent daily remembrance/vision, taking refuge, and worship of the Lord are met with the Lord’s compassionate regard, inner support, and honoring of the devotee—encouraging steady bhakti and surrender as a dharmic path.
Īśvara addresses a brahmin (dvijasattama), explaining how the divine responds to different modes of approach—seeing, seeking refuge, and worship—by mirroring and fulfilling them through grace, indwelling support, and honor.
