The verse emphasizes the sanctity of righteous lineage and conduct: a community honored for purity, good behavior, and respect for brāhmaṇas becomes the setting for the manifestation of the Divine (Vāsudeva). Ethical living and dharmic culture are presented as the ground in which greatness and divine purpose appear.
Īśvara foretells a genealogical sequence: a son named Vasudeva (also called Ānakadundubhi) will be born, and from him will arise the four-armed Lord Vāsudeva (Kṛṣṇa), indicating the divine advent within the Yadu line.
