कालयुक्तधर्मविवेकः

Discerning Dharma in Accord with Time

।। विपरीतस्तु धर्मात्मा रूपवानभिजायते

viparītastu dharmātmā rūpavān abhijāyate | devi! hiṁsāpremī manuṣyaḥ svapāpakarmakāraṇād anyeṣāṁ vadhyaḥ sarvaprāṇinām apriyaś cālpāyuś ca bhavati ||

قال مهيشفارا: «أما من كانت طبيعته على خلاف العنف، فإنه يُولد ذا نفسٍ صالحةٍ ويُرزق جمالاً. أيتها الإلهة، إن الرجل الذي يلتذّ بإيذاء الآخرين، بسبب أعماله الآثمة، يصير مستحقًّا لأن يُقتل على يد غيره، مكروهًا عند جميع الكائنات الحيّة، قصيرَ العمر».
