Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
विना भर्त्रां च रुद्रेण भविष्यति न संशय: । वंशे तवैव नाम्ना तु ख्यातिं यास्यति चेप्सिताम्
vinā bhartrāṁ ca rudreṇa bhaviṣyati na saṁśayaḥ | vaṁśe tavaiva nāmnā tu khyātiṁ yāsyati cepsitām ||
قال فاسوديفا: «من غير زوج—وبوساطة رودرا—سيتمّ الأمر، لا شكّ في ذلك. وفي سلالتك نفسها سينال الابن الشهرة التي تريدينها، وستُنسَب تلك الشهرة إلى اسمكِ أنتِ.»
