स्थापनाक्षेपसिद्धान्तपरमर्थज्ञतां गतै: । शब्दच्छन्दोनिरुक्तज्ै: कालज्ञानविशारदै:

Transliteration

sthāpanākṣepasiddhāntaparamārthajñatāṁ gataiḥ | śabdacchandoniruktajñaiḥ kālajñānaviśāradaiḥ ||

Translation

قال فايشَمبايانا: لقد بلغوا الغاية في طرائق إقامة الحجج ونقضها، ورسخت أقدامهم في النتائج المقرَّرة وفي الحقيقة العليا. وكانوا خبراء في اللغة والأوزان الشعرية والاشتقاق (نيرُكتا)، بارعين كذلك في علم الزمن. وهكذا تجلّت صورةُ أهل العلم المعتبرين، الذين تسند دراستهم المنضبطة حُسنَ الحكم وسدادَ المشورة.
