अग्निशाप-प्रसंगः
Agni’s Curse and the Restoration of Ritual Order
देवर्षयश्न मुदितास्ततो जम्मुर्यथागतम् । ऋषयश्च यथापूर्व क्रिया: सर्वाः प्रचक्रिरे,इसके बाद देवर्षिगण अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हो जैसे आये थे वैसे ही चले गये। फिर ऋषि- महर्षि भी अग्निहोत्र आदि सम्पूर्ण कर्मोंका पूर्ववत् पालन करने लगे
Śaunaka uvāca: Devarṣayaś ca muditās tato jagmur yathāgatam | Ṛṣayaś ca yathāpūrvaṃ kriyāḥ sarvāḥ pracakrire ||
قال شوناكا: ثم إنّ الرُّسُلَ الحكماء من أهل السماء، وقد غمرهم السرور، انصرفوا كما جاءوا. وبعد ذلك استأنف الرِّشيّون والمهارِشيّون، كما من قبل، تمامَ ما فُرض من الشعائر—كالأغنيهوترَة—فاستعاد الدهرُ انتظامَ الدارما بإقامة الطقس على نهجٍ منضبط.
