कुरुवंशप्रश्नः—दुःषन्तस्य राजधर्मवर्णनम्

नरेण धर्मकामेन सर्व: श्रोतव्य इत्यपि । निखिलेनेतिहासो5यं ततः सिद्धिमवाप्रुयात्,धर्मकी इच्छा रखनेवाले मनुष्यके द्वारा यह सारा महाभारत इतिहास पूर्णरूपसे श्रवण करनेयोग्य है। ऐसा करनेसे मनुष्य सिद्धिको प्राप्त कर लेता है
vaiśampāyana uvāca | nareṇa dharmakāmena sarvaḥ śrotavya ity api | nikhilenetihāso 'yaṃ tataḥ siddhim avāpnuyāt ||
قال فايشَمبايانا: «وعلى ذلك، فإنّ هذا المهابهارتا كلَّه—وهذا السرد التاريخي التام—ينبغي أن يُستمع إليه كاملاً ممن يرغب في الدارما. فمن سمعه على تمامه نال الكمال الروحي وبلغ أسمى مقاصد الحياة.»
