Aṃśāvataraṇa-kathana (Catalog of Divine/Asuric Portions in Human Births) — Chapter 61
te uktā dhṛtarāṣṭreṇa rājñā śāntanavena ca | bhrātṛbhir vigrahas tāta kathaṃ vo na bhaved iti ||
Even among close kin, especially brothers, conflict can naturally arise; therefore one must consciously uphold dharma—self-restraint, fairness, and wise counsel—to prevent rivalry from escalating.
Vaiśampāyana reports Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s words as he addresses others, remarking that disputes among brothers are common and asking how such contention would not occur among them as well.
