Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | yadarthaṃ śārkāikān agnir na dadāha tathāgate | tat te sarvaṃ pravakṣyāmi yathābhūtam ariṃdama ||

Translation

قال فايشَمبايانا: «يا قاهرَ الأعداء، سأقصّ عليك على التمام وبحسب الحقيقة سببَ أنَّ أَغني—على الرغم من وقوع ذلك الحريق المروّع—لم يُحرق الشاركاِيكيين، وكيف جرت تلك الحادثة على وجه الدقّة. فاستمع.»
