खाण्डवप्रस्थप्रवेशः तथा इन्द्रप्रस्थनिर्माणवर्णनम् | Entry into Khāṇḍavaprastha and Description of Indraprastha’s Founding
विदुरस्त्वथ तां भ्रुत्वा द्रौपदी पाण्डवैर्वृतान् । व्रीडितान् धार्तराष्ट्रांक्ष भग्नदर्पानुपागतान्,विदुरजीने जब यह सुना कि पाण्डवोंने द्रौपदीको प्राप्त किया है और धृतराष्ट्रके पुत्र अपना अभिमान चूर्ण हो जानेसे लज्जित होकर लौट आये हैं, तब वे मन-ही-मन बड़े प्रसन्न हुए। राजन! तब वे धृतराष्ट्रके पास जाकर विस्मयसूचक वाणीमें बोले--“महाराज! हमारा अहोभाग्य है, जो कौरववंशकी वृद्धि हो रही है
viduras tv atha tāṁ śrutvā draupadīṁ pāṇḍavair vṛtān | vrīḍitān dhārtarāṣṭrāṁś ca bhagnadarpān upāgatān ||
قال فايشَمبايانا: لما سمع فيدورا أن دروبدي قد ظفر بها البانداف، وأن أبناء دِهرتراشترا عادوا خجلين وقد تحطّم كبرياؤهم، سُرَّ في باطنه. ثم مضى إلى الملك دِهرتراشترا وقال بلسانٍ يفيض عجبًا: «يا مولاي الملك، ما أعظم حظّنا، إذ إن سلالة الكورو تزداد قوةً ونماءً.»
