तेषां शराणां वेगेन शितानां तिग्मतेजसाम् | विमुह्यमानो राधेयो यत्नात् तमनुधावति,उन दुःसह तेजवाले तीखे बाणोंके वेगपूर्वक आघातसे राधानन्दन कर्णको मूर्च्छा आने लगी। वह बड़ी कठिनाईसे अर्जुनकी ओर बढ़ा
teṣāṁ śarāṇāṁ vegena śitānāṁ tigmātejasām | vimuhyamāno rādheyo yatnāt tam anudhāvati ||
قال فايشَمبايانا: وبفعل صدمة تلك السهام الحادّة السريعة، المتّقدة بسطوةٍ عاتية، أخذ رادْهَيَةُ (كَرْنَة) يترنّح ويكاد يُغشى عليه. ومع ذلك، وبمشقةٍ عظيمة، مضى يطارد أرجونا.
