उच्चैःश्रवसः वर्णविपणः तथा नागशापः

ततो<5नन्तः समुत्थाय ब्रह्म॒णा परिचोदित: । नारायणेन चाप्युक्तस्तस्मिन्‌ कर्मणि वीर्यवान्‌,जब ब्रह्माजीने प्रेरणा दी और भगवान्‌ नारायणने भी आदेश दे दिया, तब अतुलपराक्रमी अनन्त (शेषनाग) उठकर उस कार्यमें लगे

Transliteration

tato 'nantaḥ samutthāya brahmaṇā paricoditaḥ | nārāyaṇena cāpy uktaḥ tasmin karmaṇi vīryavān ||

Translation

ثم نهض أننتا (شيشا)، وقد حثّه براهما وأمره نارايانا أيضًا؛ فاندفع ذلك الجبّار إلى العمل الموكول إليه.
