उच्चैःश्रवसः वर्णविपणः तथा नागशापः

धन्वन्तरिस्ततो देवो वपुष्मानुदतिष्ठत । श्वेत कमण्डलुं बिशभ्रदमृतं यत्र तिषतति,इसके बाद दिव्य शरीरधारी धन्वन्तरि देव प्रकट हुए। वे अपने हाथमें श्वेत कलश लिये हुए थे, जिसमें अमृत भरा था
dhanvantaristato devo vapuṣmān udatīṣṭhata | śveta-kamaṇḍaluṁ bibhrad amṛtaṁ yatra tiṣṭhati ||
ثم نهض الإله دهنفنتري متلألئًا في جسدٍ إلهي. وفي يده حمل قِرْبةً بيضاء (كَمَنْدَلو)، وفي داخلها كان الأَمْرِتَا—رحيق الخلود.
