हिडिम्बं निहतं दृष्टवा संहृष्टास्ते तरस्विन: । अपूजयन् नरव्याप्रं भीमसेनमरिंदमम्,हिडिम्बको मारा गया देख वे महान् वेगशाली पाण्डव अत्यन्त हर्षसे उललसित हो उठे और उन्होंने शत्रुओंका दमन करनेवाले नरश्रेष्ठ भीमसेनकी भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा की
vaiśampāyana uvāca | hiḍimbaṃ nihataṃ dṛṣṭvā saṃhṛṣṭās te tarasvinaḥ | apūjayan naravyāghraṃ bhīmasenam arindamam ||
قال فَيْشَمْبَايَنَة: لما رأوا هيدِمبا صريعًا امتلأ أولئك الأبطال الأقوياء السريعين فرحًا. فأكرموا بهيماسينا وأثنوا عليه—نمرَ الرجال وقامعَ الأعداء—لِحِمايته الحاسمة للجماعة وإزالته خطرًا جسيمًا.
