Kuntī–Yudhiṣṭhira Dialogue on Bhīma’s Mission
तं च पापं न जानीमो यदि दग्ध:ः पुरोचन: । कथं तु विप्रमुच्येम भयादस्मादलक्षिता:,“हमें यह भी पता नहीं है कि पापी पुरोचन जल गया या नहीं। हम दूसरोंसे छिपे रहकर किस प्रकार इस महान् कष्टसे छुटकारा पा सकेंगे?”
taṁ ca pāpaṁ na jānīmo yadi dagdhaḥ purocanaḥ | kathaṁ tu vipramucyema bhayād asmād alakṣitāḥ ||
«إننا لا نعلم حتى أَأُحرِقَ ذلك الآثم بوروتشانا فهلك أم لا. وإن كان علينا أن نبقى خفيّين لا يلحظنا أحد، فكيف ننجو من هذا الخوف وهذا الخطر العظيم؟»
