इति श्रीमहाभारते आदिपर्वणि जतुगृहपर्वणि पाण्डववनप्रवेशे एकोनपञ्चाशदधिकशततमो< ध्याय:,इस प्रकार श्रीमह्या भारत आदिपर्वके अन्तर्गत जतुयृहपर्वरमें पाण्डवोंका वनमें प्रवेशविषयक एक सौ उनचासवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti śrīmahābhārate ādiparvaṇi jatugṛhapārvaṇi pāṇḍavavanapraveśe ekonapañcāśad-adhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ
وهكذا ينتهي، في «المهابهارتا» المباركة، ضمن «الأدي برفا»، في القسم المتعلّق بحادثة «بيت اللَّكّ»، الفصلُ التاسعُ والأربعون بعد المئة، الذي يصف دخولَ أبناء باندو إلى الغابة. (وهذا خاتمةُ فصلٍ لا بيتٌ منطوقٌ في السرد.)
